He is survived by: his siblings, Arthur J. Cubby, Clarence E. Cubby, Barbara C. Shorter and Alice J. Ingram.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel (1534 18th Ave S, St. Petersburg, FL 33705). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Galilee Missionary Baptist Church (505 35th St S, St. Petersburg, FL 33705).
