She is survived by: her son Johnny Newsome, Jr. (Charmaine); and her siblings, Deborah Wells, Dezra, Loraine Flounory, Walter Flounory, Sr. (Eugenia) and Gregory Flounory, Sr.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church (3300 31st St S, St. Petersburg, FL 33712). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
