It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Baiba Dzirnis Simmons, of Saint Petersburg, Florida, who passed away on November 10, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Baiba grew up in Pennsylvania, spent most of her adult life in Lincoln, Nebraska and lived out the remaining years of her retirement in Saint Petersburg, Florida with her husband, Richard. She leaves behind her husband, two daughters, four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
