He was predeceased by: his parents, Rim Cheam and Khy Yuom. He is survived by: his daughters, Sopheap Kun, Xina Rim and Roth Reksmey Rim; his sister Chum Chiem; and his grandchildren, Sabrina, Jocelyn, Jaycob, Jaden, Myah, Ayla, Ethan and Ariana.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sorensen Funeral Home (3180 30th Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33713).
