He is survived by: his daughters, Paulette R Pea (Titus), Pamela J. Payton, Christine Daniels (Albert) and Geraldine Payton; and his siblings, John Payton (Barbara), Ernest Bell, Robert Bell (Connie), Lois Hill, Anna Freeman and Charlotte Dixon (William). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great-granddaughters; other relatives.
