She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Breazeale Sr. and Patricia Breazeale. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Smith, Kyle Hornaday (Jessica Scott) and Lisa Johnson (Allan); her grandchildren, McKenna, Savannah, Zoey, Tristyn, Caylee, Zuryanna and Ellie; and her brother Kenny Breazeale Jr.. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
