She is survived by : her husband Chuck; her mother Flo; her grandmother Carrie; and her children, Jacquelyn S. Hays (Jackie), Jeffrey A. Hays (Jeff), James A. Hays (Jim) and John C. Hays (Chris). She is also survived by four granddaughters, and six great grandchildren.
