He was predeceased by: his parents, John Knowlton and Betty Knowlton; his wife Shannon; and his grandson Collin Moorefield. He is survived by: his children, Breck Moorefield (Michael) and Reed Knowlton (Bridget); his grandchildren, Tinsley, Aubrey, Perrin and Hayden; and his siblings, Katrina Kaufhold (Duane), Lucinda Howard (Graham), David (Jane Anne) and Thomas (Ann).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas Episcopal Church (1200 Snell Isle Blvd NE, St. Petersburg, FL 33703).
