He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas and Edna "Ruth" Oliver; his siblings, Dick Oliver, Barbara Topping and Gail Alman; his siblings-in-law, John McDonald and Joan Slater; and his daughter Debra Oliver.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Oliver; his sister Linda Thompson; his brother-in-law Thomas Thompson; and his niece Susan Slater. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Home (5750 49th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33709).
