He was predeceased by : his brother David C. Chambers of Columbus, GA.. He is survived by : his parents, Jaqueline B. Rowland of Jacksonville, FL and Mark S. Chambers; his stepmother Virginia Chambers of Fleming Island, FL; his brother Robert E. Chambers; his sister-in-law Victoria S. Chambers of Gulfport, MS; and his daughter Christina Sunshine Chambers of Clearwater, FL.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in memory of Mr. Mark Stanley Chambers, Jr.
