He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Maxene and Wallace Smith. He is survived by: his brother Steven Smith (Ann); his nieces, Jennifer Denlinger, Elizabeth Denlinger (Scott), Jordan Smith and Adrianne Smith (Brian); his cousin Janice Bonat; his friend Bob Johnson; and his pet Lita.
