He was predeceased by : his parents, David Forsythe and Elva Forsythe; and his sister Darlene Manley. He is survived by : his wife Kay; and his children, David (Kari), Robert (Laurine), Colleen (John) and William (Monnica). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to suggest a donation to the Plateau Pregnancy Center in Crossville, Tennessee.
