He was predeceased by: his father Ralph E. Sloan Sr. of Machinist's Mate; his grandparents, Felix and Stella Mazurkiewicz; and his mother Zigmont Kohn. He is survived by: his aunts, Helen and Sophie; his significant other Norman J. Weinberger; his children, Katherine Price Sloan Snedaker of Norwalk, CT and Jonathan Alexander Sloan of San Francisco, CA; his grandsons, Jack, Charlie and James Snedaker; his pet Zak; his cousins, Eleanor Kalinowski and Ron; and also, Emily Callahan and Sara Kobylenski.
