He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Goforth and Mary Elder Goforth (Reid); and his sister Beth Kirkwood (Goforth). He is survived by : his wife Prudence (Osborn); and his children, Heidi Goforth Klein and Paul Justin Goforth.
