It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edward Lamar Underwood of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, born in Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on December 19, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Harvey Underwood and Gladys Davis Underwood; and his son Eddie Underwood Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Toni F. Underwood; his daughter Eden L. Sharp (Doug); and his grandsons, Will and Peter Sharp.

In lieu of flowers family request donations may be being made to the Saint Rita Catholic Church to The Saint Vincent DePaul Society at; 22 St. Rita Lane, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459.
