Shelby Henderson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2025, at the age of 86, Shelby Henderson of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Shelby departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Shelby. Though Shelby may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lynwood Jr. Henderson. She is survived by: her children, Tim Henderson (Shellie), Lee Henderson (Allison) and Gina Forbes (Troy); and her grandchildren, Hunter Forbes, Taylor Wilson, Jake Henderson, Sawyer Henderson, Hollyn Cate Henderson, Benton Henderson, Luke Henderson and Brooke Henderson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Destin (201 Beach Dr, Destin, FL 32541). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
