She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Kuzak; her foster parents, Wesley Saxman and Clara Saxman; her husband William Paul Nebel; her former husband Frank Junior Ramsey; and her sons, William Paul Nebel, Jr. and Robert John Nebel.
She is survived by: her pet Cleo; her children, Phyllis-Ann Miller (Jerry Miller) and Donald Richard Nebel; and her sister Carol O'Brien. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great grandchildren.
