She was predeceased by: her parents, Abraham Finkelstein and Mildred Finkelstein; and her sister Ellen Carlebach. She is survived by: her husband Martin; her children, Amy (David Mann) and Matthew (Kimberly); and her grandsons, Benjamin Mann, Marcus Donner and Max Donner.

In lieu of flowers, Barbara requested donations be made to the children's charity of your choice because she wanted to continue making a difference in children's lives.
