She is survived by: her husband Elvin Schmidt; her sister Linda Sue Diers (Joe); her sister-in-law Carol Fink; her children, Stephanie Mitchell (Rich), Betsy Willer (Mike Nogalski) and Stephen Schmidt (Holly); her granddaughters, Brooke Thornton, Britta Thornton (Bill Waller) and Betsy Thornton; and her great grandchildren, Austin, Ayden Crafton, Jenaya and Jayce Thornton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
