He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Lee and Mary Lee Rainey. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jean Rainey (Dixon); and his children, Darold Rainey, Rodney H. Rainey, Gerald T. Rainey, Sheryl Rainey and Kimberly Rainey. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and cousins.
