With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Floyd Shriver Arnold Damme (Sarasota, Florida), born in Seminole, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 8, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Floyd Shriver Arnold may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Floyd Shriver Arnold touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Shriver and Jo Marguerite Damme (Mary Etta Damme). He is survived by: his children, Rex Damme (Shelia), Phillip Damme (JoHanna), Jeremicah Eden and Ruth Ann Rodriguez (Felix); his granddaughter Brenda Whittemore; and his sisters, Carol Yates (Joe) and Patricia Dickerson (Jimmy). He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 7 Great-Grandchildren, 5 Great-Great Grand Children, and nieces and nephews.
