He is survived by: his siblings, Marjorie MacGillivray (Costin) and Arthur B Costin of Bellefontaine, Ohio.; his nieces, Kathryn Matthew Yackshaw (MacGillivray) of Columbus, Linda MacGillivray of Bellefontaine, Ohio., Kris Shannon (MacGillivray) of Bellefontaine, Ohio. and Amy Bill Boy (MacGillivray) of Bellefontaine, Ohio.; his nephew Dr. Scott Costin (Linda Costin); and his close friend Eric Green of Sarasota.
