He is survived by: his wife Goldie Weber Ankley; his children, Michelle Sitko (Jerome), Scott Ankley (Lisa) and Cheryl Olchawa (Steve Anderson); his grandsons, Kyle, Trevor Sitko (Amanda), Spencer Ankley, Jason Olchawa (Kate) and Patrick Olchawa (Leigh Anne); his great grandchild Whitney Rose Olchawa; and his brother Roger K. Ankley of Waukegan, Illinois..

Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Sarasota, or St. Jude Hospital in Memphis, TN.
