With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John F. Grierson in Sarasota, Florida, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on February 5, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Grierson and Anna Grierson (Ciarlo); his wife Marilyn; his sons, David S. Grierson (Teresa) of Great Falls, MT and Douglas A. Grierson (Christine) of Lakewood Ranch; his sisters, Martha C. Herring of Moraine and Darlene A. Holt of Melbourne; and his sister-in-law Barbara Haws of Waynesville, OH. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Tidwell Hospice of Sarasota or The Church of The Ascension.
