He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy MacFarlane (Dauenheimer); his son Kurt MacFarlane; and his parents, John W. MacFarlane and Mary MacFarlane (Frolicht). He is survived by: his children, Erica Davis and Keith MacFarlane; his grandchildren, Lauren Horvath, Trevor Davis, Kendall Davis, Noah Jacob MacFarlane, Kevin MacFarlane, Sean MacFarlane, Allison MacFarlane and Jack MacFarlane; and his great grandchild Frances Jane Davis.
