We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2025, at the age of 65, Joseph Salvatore Grano Jr. (Sarasota, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Glenn, John and Michael Grano; his parents, Joseph Sr. Grano and Ann Grano; and his mother-in-law Dolores Kuhn.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Catherine Grano; his sons, Joseph III (Nicole) and Nicholas Grano (Savannah); his grandsons, Joseph IV and Jack; his siblings, David Grano (Jackie), Angela Downing (Timothy) and Robert Grano (Jake); his father-in-law Jack Kuhn (Terry Smith); and his sisters-in-law, Martha Grano and Lisa Mahoney (Todd). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Toale Brothers Funeral Home (40 N Orange Ave, Sarasota, FL 34236). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church (2506 Gulf Gate Dr, Sarasota, FL 34231).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Moffitt Cancer Hospital.
