He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Procasky and Golda Procasky; his son Ricky Gene of Millstadt; and his sisters, Doris Procasky (Leroy) of Millstadt and Joyce Ann Procasky Dill of Millstadt.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Allen of Oklahoma City and Angela Ann (Duna) of Sellersburg, Indiana.; his wife Ann; his son Jeffrey Procasky (Jackie); his daughter-in-law Lynn Procasky; and his grandchildren, Kale (Kylie), Haley Procasky, Jacob (Taylor), Joey, Jillian Procasky, Noah, Jonah Scott, Madeline Bolotte, Phoenix Procasky and Eleanor Procasky.
