He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Timmons and Miriam C. Timmons; his brothers, James R. Timmons and Charles E. Timmons; and his brother-in-law James S. Menard.

He is survived by: his wife Laura Jean Timmons; his sisters, Judith Lee Timmons and Pamela Jean Menard; and his nephew James Kelly Menard. He is also survived by many friends and family.
