She is survived by: her husband Lee Bradley; her son Christian DeBlasis; her mother Donna Brierton (Ashcraft); her siblings, Tony DeBlasis (Sharon) and Lisa Antos of Longboat Key, FL.; her siblings' children, Avery DeBlasis and Chandler Haney of Powder Springs, GA.; her great-niece Savannah Bradley of Lake Mary; her children, Stoner, Biscuit and Little Miss; John B. DeBlasis (Patty Grove) of Greenville, SC. and Dan Brierton of Sarasota.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations in Nicole's loving memory to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando.
