He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Kirchhoff and Adala Kirchhoff (Kepler). He is survived by: his wife Fran (Andersen); his sons, David Kirchhoff (Carol) of Crown Point, Indiana, Dan Kirchhoff (Carolyn) of St. John, Indiana and Richard Kirchhoff (Sallie) of Midlothian, Virginia; his grandson Aaron (Kristen); his great grandchild Oliver; his grandchildren, Andy (Karly), Crystal and Katie Carlson (Rory); his great grandchildren, Summer, Callie, Allan, Will and Lucas (Jean); and his brothers, LeRoy (Janice) of Lincoln, Nebraska, Harold (Harvine) of Lincoln, Nebraska and Bill (Nancy) of Kansas City, Missouri. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
