Penelope Cook Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2021, at the age of 81, Penelope Cook (Sarasota, Florida), born in Boston, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Helen E Kunckel and John Hapgood; her former husband Larry W. Cook; her children, Michael L Cook (Jennifer), Dawne M Williams (Rodney) and Julie L Kesler (C. Jeff); her grandchildren, Tarah Cook (Roe), Michaela Cook, Michael Growden (Sara), Kursten Growden, Scott Williams, Samantha Williams, Annelicia Kline (Anthony), Seth Abner and J. William Kesler; her friend Gloria Beyer; and her sister Charlotte Benner. She was also cherished by 6 nieces and a nephew and their children that were very close to her heart, and many close friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Lung Cancer Alliance.
