With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Meyers of Sarasota, Florida, born in Albany, New York, who passed away on October 12, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Frances Meyers and Bert Meyers; his grandson Timothy; his wife Kathleen Hogan Meyers; his children, Nancy (Frederic) of Latham, Robert (Jillian) of Sydney and David (Allison) of Saratoga Springs; his sister Roslyn Kaplan; his nephews, Stephen Kaplan and David Alfred; his parents-in-law, Jack and Mary Hogan; his brother Howard Meyers; and also Pat.

Sadly, COVID did not allow him that luxury.
