He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Warren C. Evans; and his brother Warren C. Evans, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Marshall Evans; his mother Nell P. Evans; his former wife Shelly Parmet-Evans; and his brothers, Mark Evans, Craig Evans, Dr. Douglas Evans (Susan) of Tallahassee and Michael Evans of Brevard, NC..
