With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronda Smalley (Sarasota, Florida), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 8, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ellen Eaves and Dwight Campbell; her stepfather Bill Renfro; her siblings, Patty Lee and Keith Campbell; her children, Shannon Forrester, Michael Smalley and Jay Paul; and her grandson Christopher Forrester.
She is survived by: her sister Katy Buffington; her daughters, Kenda Ketchum (Sam) and Kristi Wesszo (Brad); and her friends, Mac and Sheila. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Ronda's name to Satchel's Last Resort Animal Rescue and Sanctuary, 8101 Coach Road, Sarasota, FL 34241-or to any charity of your choice.
