He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Brott and Stella Brott. He is survived by: his wife Roz; his children, Murray (Cindy) and Jody (Phil); his brother Gene (June); and his grandchildren, Josh, Ashley (Adán), Russell (Shawn), Katherine (Michael) and Andrew (Lauren). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Sam's memory to Shriners Hospitals for Children or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
