He was predeceased by: his brother Robert L. Baseman. He is survived by: his parents, Esther Baseman and Isadore Baseman; his wife Barbara Baseman; his mother-in-law Molly Axler; his siblings-in-law, Elaine Fingerhut, Gwen Baseman and Steven Fingerhut; his children, Ira Baseman, Marc Baseman and Cindy Pochesci; his daughter-in-law Christina Rutkaus; and his grandchildren, Max Baseman, Nicholas Rutkaus, Ella Baseman, Aaron Baseman and Rocco Pochesci. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
