She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Spychalski and Evelyn Spychalski (Sujkowski); and her brother Stanley Spychalski. She is survived by: her husband William Kazimir; and her siblings, Carol Fernandez and Ed Spychalski. She is also survived by 3 nieces and 2 nephews.
