He was predeceased by : his parents, Frances and John; his wife Alice; and his brother Dale. He is survived by : his niece Renee Madigan (Ryan); his nephew Scott Vernezze (Natalia); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexis, Paige, Claire and Emmanuel.

“To the family of “Jack” ..It has been an honor knowing Jack all these years and all the love that he gave to my step mom Alice. I have a lot of memories that I will cherish of the two of them. I will miss our long distance conversations and all of our visits to Florida where Jack always welcomed us with open arms.
