With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Terrell Parnell of Satsuma, Florida, born in Mobile, Alabama, who passed away on June 9, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, J. T. Parnell and Margie Parnell; and his sister Annette Lynn Zajac. He is survived by : his wife Jackie Parnell of Satsuma; his children, Tina Rambo of Alabama, Tracy Parnell (Joseph) of Palatka, Roger Parnell (Sherry) of Alabama, Terry Parnell (Michele) of East Palatka, Jason Parnell (Tosha) of Satsuma, Todd Parnell of Palatka and Jesse Parnell of Satsuma; and his siblings, Charles Winslow of Palatka, Joan Brunson of Jacksonville, Rena Pate of Palatka, Tina Duck of Palatka and Toni Peak of Bunnell. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
