He was predeceased by: his former wife Evelyn; his wife Lucienne; and his siblings, Henrik, Otto and Ruth Kristiansen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Judith Reeve of Micco, FL and Melody Allen (Michael) of Sebastian, FL; and his grandsons, Ryan and Christopher. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
