It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Ukleja in Sebastian, Florida, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 5, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her pet Zippy; her husband Richard Kubitz; her siblings, Leslie (Sandee) and Roberta; her brother-in-law Dallas; and her granddaughters, Hollyn and Poppy.
