She was predeceased by: her parents, Marylou Murray and Patrick Murray; her husband Dewey Johnson; her daughter Lana Conrad; and her siblings, Cynthia Middaugh, Wendy Van Fleet and Brian Murray.
She is survived by: her partner Daroyl Weaver; her children, Dawn Wallace, Timothy Conrad, Sandy Johnson and Syndy Patzlaff; and her sister Gerri Moshell. She is also survived by her thirteen grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice/Visiting Nurses Association and the Humane Society of Vero Beach, Florida.
