He was predeceased by: his wife Betsy Binder Koch. He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Fronduto of Sebastian, Dana Burnham of West Barnstable, MA, Diane Black of Vero Beach and Debra Koch of Sebastian; and his sisters, Carol Jarvis of Foxboro, MA and Gail Koch of Walpole, MA. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and one great-granchild.
