He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Forest and Madge Mae Patton (Dills); and his siblings, Tommy, John, Allen, Melvin, Harry, Troy, Mary Joiner and Ethel Doris.
He is survived by: his children, William Franklin Robbins, Jr., David Carey Patton of San Diego and Mary Ann Nilson of Englewood, Florida. He is also survived by one grandson, three Granddaughters and three Great Grandsons; and one sister.
