With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loretta Gean Catherman of Sebastian, Florida, born in Mercersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 14, 2021 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Loretta Gean Catherman to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Edmond and Julia Irene Steele (Myers) of Clear Spring, MD.; her husband Paul Matthew Catherman; her brother Walter Dale Steele; and her grandchildren, Mary Beth and David Matthew Catherman.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Catherman (Debra) of Hagerstown and Tim Catherman (Penny) of Chesterfield, VA; her sister Barbara Black of Hagerstown; and her grandchildren, Kimberly Copenhaver (Ryan) of Hagerstown, Michael Catherman (Alicia) of Cascade, MD, Andrew Catherman (Sarah), Chase Catherman (Tiffany) of Elyria, OH, Colin of Chesterfield, VA and Davis Catherman of Chesterfield, VA. She is also survived by six great-granddaughters; and numerous nieces and nephews.
