He is survived by: his fiancée Cheryl Ann Hotki Beaver; his stepdaughter Brie Hays; his sisters, Christina Savage (Charlie), Kelly Welton (Jack) and Faith Shepherd (Randy); and his siblings' children, Amy Harrison, Brandon Sample, Mallory Murry, Randall Shepherd, Stephanie Thayer, Sarah Rhoten, Skyler Savage, Mikaela Welton, Jacelyn Shepherd and Grace Welton.
