He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Milligan and Ruth Milligan (Stephenson); and his brothers, Glenn, Jim and Ron.
He is survived by : his wife Carol Milligan (Hanlon); and his children, Cindy Burrows (John), Tom Milligan (Tish) and Malinda Bishop (Derek). He is also survived by seven Grandchildren, and 11 Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made in Steve's name to procure a new pick-up truck for Maranatha Village in Sebring, Florida.
