She was predeceased by: her brother Robert Allen Downing. She is survived by: her parents, George Franklin Downing and Francis Alberta Downing (Shipman); her brother George Henry Downing; her daughters, Melinda Frazier (Doug) of Port Orchard, WA and Annabelle French (Bill Rasbold) of Seminole; her granddaughter Susan Larson (Frazier); her great grandchildren, Daniel Larson of Gig Harbor, WA., Erin Larson of Gig Harbor, WA. and Andrew Larson of Gig Harbor, WA.; and her son-in-law Doug Frazier.
