She was predeceased by : her parents, Turner Phelps and Laforrest Mae Phelps. She is survived by : her husband Laymon Johnson; her cousin Jesse Phelps (Murlene); and her sisters-in-law, Trula Overcash (Buddy) and Darlene Silvestri (John). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
