He is survived by: his parents, Leonard Sullivan and Dolores Sullivan; his wife Shannon Sullivan; his son Noah Sullivan; his siblings, Karen Garcia (David), Jonathan Sullivan (Alyssa) and Jeremy Sullivan (Irene); and his parents-in-law, Gerald Maines and Rhonda Maines. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
